Halo Wars, UNSC vs Covenant, differences?

What are the significant differences, and which race is stronger, has more units, is harder, ect.....

Well if you played the demo then you know you could either had that old guys army or the prophet of regrets army. But I guess the other people in the army select is like different types or marines or covenent in like style or advantages. I think the marines are stronger because of the Spartans but I could be wrong I played the demo on a 1v1 and I slaughtered the army with 3 Spartans and like 2 tanks but I guess we'll have to see march 3rd on the game.
