What people can you be in halo wars

ex: flood, brutes, elites, spartens,

You don't play as people you play commanding people. like an empire earth game.

I know Master Chief isn't in it. Since Halo hasn't been found yet, the Flood won't be in the game. When last I checked, the Brutes where a possiblity, but I'm not sure.
You control all ther UNSC forces, a group of Spartans called Group Omega, and all the Covenant races (except the Brutes possibly) are in the game. Wheter you can play as the Covenant, I'm not sure.
