ok heres the problem every time i select campaign or online it loads then it brings a guy on fire and at the corner its says ready to respawn

It kills you automatically? That's extremely bizarre. You might want to contact Xbox/Microsoft customer service or Bungie about what's going on. Perhaps you have a scratched disc, but instead of causing a loading error (like the typical, cannot read disc or stalling kinds), it's creating this glitched scenario.
