Help me get to a 50 in Halo 3?

I need help getting my general status. So far I'm only a 40 in Team SWAT, but thats gotten so outta hand I gave it up. Can anyone help me get a 50. I want it just so i can get it out the way, and start having fun in social. I hate ranked, but I want the 50. I love social, but it's not ranked X(

just keep playing. try as hard as you can to get win in ranked, and when u get REALLY bored, go ahead and play socials, but try and get MVP as often as possible. this will give you some extent of help AND fun.
