How bungie match the players in halo 3?

Its more of Level in that playlist and Rank... aka Grade.. but most of the time if your playing Social Slayer its always random.. im a colonel and i get paired with a general in a fun game of Multi-Team... Dont be afraid of some generals.. because most of them are trash and get carried..

Grade, it's always grade. I sometimes get a group of noobs (i'm a captain) but i'm against a group of majors and colonels, it's always different for me, get tired of it.
