How can I Change the Difficulty Level On Halo 3?

when ever i buy a game, i will play it on easy first, then normal, then hard. so i beat it on easy (wayyyy to easy) and now i cant figure out how to change it to normal or even hard.
i have looked it up on other websites and no one is saying anything of any help.

when you hit campaign it should have you select level and difficulty, just keep looking around on the screen for it
(sorry i cant get on my xbox right now to help you)
