How can i get my Halo 3 Videos onto my Computer!!!?

Well i have the videos i want and i have them onto my File Share but i do not know how i can get them on my computer as there is no download link on there so how exactly can i get it onto my computer??
i do not own one of those game chips or w/e they are which you put into your xbox or something but can somebody tell me how i can get my vidss or even record them or something??
