how can you get the flaming warthog in halo wars?

i no that you have to get the special edition to get the code but ive heard that if you beat the game then you get the warthog. is this true? and if you get the special edition can you use the code more than once? same question goes for the map pack code.

Yeah, I was told you had to beat the warthog. That's where I would start.
