How come not that much people like halo wars?

Because it's a RTS on a console... and people only like RTS on PC because of the controls... or the people you talk to are just ps3 fan boys who troll you...

Some people only love the mindless shooting games like the original Halo series, but when it comes to the RTS, nobody likes to use their brain while playing strategic video games apparently.

Two reasons:

A.)The main Halo fanbase is comprised of people who don't like any variety in their games.

B.)The real-time strategy fans see it as a watered down RTS.

Because based on other rts games it is a shitty game. People bought it mostly because it has HALO in the title. After they played it, it was extremely boring to most people. Also if you almost kill someone they resign, then the other is out numbered so he resigns then the last person doesn't want to play alone so he resigns.

if they had called it something else it would have got more attention, but they made it after a game that already had a huge fanbase that were disappointed that the game did not follow the story or game style they were accustom too.
