how come whenever i play Halo 3 on Xbox live i dont gain exp??

I win matches but it still says that my exp is 0. I play in matchmaking....if any1 knows how to fix this problem I would appreciate it if u would tell me....Please Help me

that doesn't sound right. you gain exp for winning any matchmaking or social game.
just keep playing in ranked games and see if your rank goes up. im not sure what else to say becasue thats the first time i've heard this problem. haha
