How do edit height level on sandbox? (Halo 3 Forge)?

Hey, i've hearded that you can build in the air too , well how do you come up to the air? xD

there's a teleporter above the sandbox place but below the air building spots.

there is a teleporter built into the map that is permanent.....you just go through it and your in the sky mode.....but be carefull if you fall below the grid lines then you automatically die
