How do I decrease my lone wolves rank (Halo 3)?

For achievement purposes.. I'm stuck at 15 and it's not going down for some reason.. I've even tried making myself get negative points in the slayer matches!
I'm going for the Overkill and the double spartan laser one.. don't really care about rank anyways.. I'm an achievement whore, not halo fanatic

If you're at 15 you'd have to consistently lose maybe 30 matches to decrease it. Thats hardcore man. Which achievement? Will another playlist not do?

Just go get all the achievements in a kids game man, don't **** up other peoples matches!!!
