How do I download a clip from my Halo 3 file share to my computer?

I've already uploaded the clip to my file share and I can see it on my Bungie.net account but I don't see an option to either let me view it or download it to my computer. Is there a way to download it to my computer from either my xbox 360 directly or from bungie.net?
