Obviously just play good. When you play in ranked you should try to get MVP most often, as that helps you go up in skill level. If you win to a team that their levels are all higher then you, then you should go up. Though it hardly ever works that way.

Learn how to be amazing with the BR, as cheap as it is, just sit back and pick off kills. (I don't do this, but I've been told it helps a lot for ranking up). Sometimes the only way to win is to be cheap. Camping is a legitimate strategy, and power weapons can be life savers.
