How do I get a negative exp acct without being banned in halo 3?

I just want to know how to do this so I can have a booster for some of my buddies. because I got this acct to around -50 then I was informed of my console becoming banned for the next week. But I know people still do this, but how? Do they play a game all the way through then quit on the last kill or what because I have 2 console and I don't want the second to get banned for a week because I'm currently unemployed so I play A LOT of halo. :)

Do everyone online a favor and stop playing this game. Youre only ruining other peoples game by quitting/TKing and Ill be honest with you. I leave negative feed back on every single person that quits early, TKs, or simply wants to grieve others. I can only hope you get banned if you continue to try and get negative EXP.
