keep a positive kill to death ratio while playing and win matches.

Go on ranked to gain your rank number 1-50

Keep killing more opponents than dieing to stay positive (more kills over deaths will have you positive -
(EG 14 kills 5 deaths = +9, or 14 deaths 9 kills = -9)

Most of all work together to win the match as you wont rank up unless you win the matches.
