How do I get out of a halo 3 banhammer?

My xbox360 has been banned for one month. I DONT cheat, dont glitch(dont know how) DONT talk shit(no mic) so the only thing that I can think of is that I quit like 6 games in a row because of lag, and then I was banned.

If you quit the games from the start. Bungie monitors every game that people play. So if they notice that you kept quitting it would me filed as boosting for Skill.
