oh, this is a very simple answer sir, I got all of my skulls from viewing this website, it shows the videos of how to get to them, not the pish posh of reading on how to get to it.

alright heres some tips, you must i repeat you MUST start from the beggining of the level to get the actual achievement. some are very easy to find others are quite challenging
