How do I get the skulls in Halo Wars?

• I own an Xbox 360
• I only have one skull from a mission where it appeared right beside my original base
• I'm trying to earn certain achievements, so having the skulls could help me get them
• I don't mind if it's a link, I just want the correct information

I've heard of a couple ways to get them, but they didn't work. So please... help :(
