How do I make a flag position for my Halo 3 map?

So I made a forge map for CTF but how do I choose where the flag is placed. It's probably right in front of my eyes, but how?

when in forge hit start go down to game type and move it to capture the flag it shuld change the round then bring fourge back up and go to objectics and it shuld say flag spawn and flag capture or sometin
