Alright follow these instructions , you have to be a really good gamer to understand:
First of all try this at your own risk , you might get sued ,
One , make a developed Chip with a xbox coded .xbe file
so it would code like this ,
/xbox
/.exe
//
/.xbe
And then code the features you want
two , now you can go to any manufacter and for about 20 dollars you can make a chip
three , now you have to remove your original Micrsoft X2CC (x360 elite chip) and insert it
four , now you enter halo , while your making the chip make sure to code in features such as insert extract export and model edit.
five , make a model ( mod) and now just replace replace 33TMS (The ORIGINAL mastercheif)
I doubt that u understoff any of this so I reccomend just buying a chi online or just living happily ever after with what you have.
