How do I rank up in Halo 3 SWAT?

I am a lvl 48 in swat (had a 49) I am looking for people my lvl or higher to rank up to 50 with. You see I never have good teammates so I alaways carry them, but I still lose. If you are lvl 48 or higher in swat contact me. My gamertag is D0RA 24. PS its a zero in my name.
