how do you get fire on your head in halo 3?

i was playing online today and noticed a couple of guys had a flame on their heads. how do you get this? is it when you are on a killing spree or something?

Those people are Bungie (the makers of Halo) employees and they're the only ones that have that flaming helmet. You're lucky you saw some, i've been playing Halo 3 for more than a year with nearly 3000 games and only ever seen 1. Hope this helps
