how do you get more mapes on halo 3??????

i has on youtube and there are maps that i never seen before..and i dont know how to get them..and i dont have xbox live so is it possible to get those maps without xbox live

The only way to get them is on xbox live. You do not have to have xbox live gold, however. The silver membership is free and gives you access to downloads, and just about everything else except playing online with other people. Just connect your xbox to your router, and you can download the maps. The heroic map pack is free, and the legendary map pack is the equivalent of about $5. There will be an expansion in the near future for mythic maps, and I think there will be a game disc for those. Enjoy.

you need to connect to xbox live and download them the Heroic maps and Cold Storage are free, but the Legendary maps are 600 microsoft points and if your talking about custom maps just go to bungie.net and download them from the players profile
