How do you get teh 7th column image next to your name in Halo 3 matchmaking?

I see people with the little image next to ther name and i was wondering how to get teh image yourself?

Link your gamer tag to both bungie.net and xbox.com start accounts with both and an option will come up to be a sponsor for bungie and they will add it . just like in halo2 when it said bungie through your tag online .henga !!! decrodedpoop is my tag hit me up and ill rape you !!!
