How do you get the 7 on 7 achievement for Halo 3?

I know that you have to get it on the 7th of the month with 7 exp, but I am not sure if it is with overall exp, or playlist exp. I need to know which one is right, so please help me with this!

Playlist Exp
To unlock this 0 Gamerscore achievement, you have to enter a matchmaking playlist with exactly 7EXP on the 7th of the month.
So just play a playlist where you have less than 7 EXP until you have more than 7

its the playlist on the 7th month you have to get 7 exp in some playlist of some sort

by the way are you a high rank cause i need a doubles partner like around a 36
