I have all of the achievements except the two for lieutenant and general ranks online. I have all the skulls, black boxes, and par times. I've also beat it on legendary. My friend did all of the same stuff and he got the achievement. It sounds like online that people have done different things to get it. Does anyone know what i can do to get it?
