How do you get The Spartan Officer Achievment in Halo 3?

I have 100 exp, i'm a Captain Grade 1(globaly) and i'm a lvl 20 in lone wolves and a 10 in team slayer. i have the pin, BUT I HAVE NO ACHIEVMENT!!!! HELP ME!

My brother became that when the reached Lieutenant with he new progression system (Get 50 exp on ONE of the playlist)
