how do you get the spiky armour on halo 3?

do you have picktures of the spikey armor is it for elites or spartnas... do you mean the hyabusa helmet... if so you have to collect all the skulls

is called hayabusa armor
To get the Chest piece, collect six Skulls.
To get the Shoulders piece, collect nine Skulls.
To get the Helmet piece, collect all thirteen Skulls
