How do you make the dumpster fly on halo 3?

people say you get in it and move around... i tried that for like 5 hours and nothing happened

in co-op you have one person as the master cheif and one as the arbiter. the arbiter needs to have a rocket launcher. you put the cheif in the dumpster then get the arbiter to close the lid. then once the lid is fully closed you shoot the dumpster with the rocket at the dumpster and it goes flying. then if you get it right the legs of the master cheif go through and you can run with the dumpster. but you do have trouble hiting the enemys. cause you cant shoot through the walls
