How do you play Capture the flag in Halo 3 join someone else's CTF? When I

try I don't get other people. This isn't just for capture the flag-other game modes too...the only way I can find to play with other people is matchmaker, and all I can play there is slayer. I NEED TO PLAY CTF!!!!!!!please help
