How do you take an object on Halo 3's forge and geo-merdge it into the ground?

Its basicly like making something float and merging glitch combined into one
what you do is you put somethin where you want to merge it into and set it there with a respawn time no for about 180 seconds then you start a new round and hold a door about where the middle of the item you want to put into the ground is
set the items you want to merge down to instant respawn and then grab that item and let it go really fast and there you go
