ok so my global rank is a Lieutenant, Grade 2 i have 135 EXP my highest skill is 16 which is in lone wolves.

i have 263 social matches and only 89 ranked..

yesterday is poped up a box and said i was a captain but it says im only a Lieutenant, Grade 2 still so whats up?

help!!!
