how much is a used halo 3 xbox worth?

i called gamestop and they said they would give me 144 dollars for it. i paid 400 for it when it came out only 3 months ago. plus, it is the same as the xbox elite minus the hard drive. i know its gotta be worth alot more that what they offered

they're telling the truth. They are rip offs. I called them the other day, and I have the one with the hardrive. They said i will only get 130 bucks for it.
