How so you play more than one person online for Halo 3?

when i change the play list it says that not all players have correct play list. i understand you have to have all dlc. what is dlc and how do i get it all. do i have to pay and where do i get it.

You have to buy the maps off xbox live marketplace for the playlist. Just go to Halo 3 in the games section of the marketplace.
