How to make cool screenshot pictures on halo 3?

can anyone give me advice on how to make cool pictures like the ones on bungie's favorite or the ones on bungie.net.

I have a cool picture, it is me doing melee on a jackal with its blood coming out. You just have to change the camera a little and get a really good angle.
