how to mod halo 3 on xbox 360?

basically how to do it on an xbox 360 without xsata or xport, and does this require soft modding lie it did on halo 2 to access the underlying files?

there no point if you use XBL because the next update is going to stop user from using xsata or xport. however they could release a hack
