The Heroic Map Pack which contains Standoff, Rats Nest, and Foundry is free.

I have also found that there is going to be another Map Pack.
These are called:
Space Camp aka Moonbase Alpha
Purple Reign
Smuggler

It is said that these maps will be released in the near future which will make the legendary map pack free
