I can't get my honor guard wraith in Halo Wars?

So of course I have the Limited Edition of Halo Wars. I downloaded the Honor Guard Wraith. I go into the skulls to activate it. Yes I know that's the big part and yet nothing. I fully research the wraith to the plasma but that's it. I can't figure it out and it's bugging the crap out of me. Can anyone help me??????

yea you've pretty much done everything you need to do. like you said the important part is to make sure that you have it turned on in the skull menu, and you have to do this every time that you start a new skirmish. all it really does is change the apearance of the wraith very slightly. not nearly as cool as it was made out to look. in fact if you dont look very closely you can barely see the tiny gold line on the ity bity wraiths. you dont need to upgrade them any. as long as the menu item for them is turned on you should be fine. just look realllllly closely.lol. hope i helped ya out.=)
