I didn't get Katana on Halo 3?

[Blah blah blah...]

So I just got 1000G on Halo 3, and I also have 49 achievements now, but I didn't get Katana, I did get the Security shoulders though, so I don't know why I didn't get Katana.

I'm pretty sure they changed it to 1300G to get it after the Mythic Map pack though, but my friend thinks I'm an idiot even for saying that since he got it with Mythic at 1000G and 49 achievements, but I think it was a glitch how he got it(accidental, Bungie's fault, not his)

I know I read that somewhere but he doesn't believe me.

What do you think?

you have to get the original 49 achievements if you have them its a glitch mabey contact bungie
