I believe that if you want resident evil 5 you should rent it. To answer your question i believe that the trade in value for RE5 at gamestop is about 25 -30$.

If you sell it back to them with the case you'll get $25, that's what I go when i sold it. Notice how it's slightly above 1/3 of the actual price: $60. So if you ever are thinking about selling a game to gamestop you now know the formula to finding the price they offer.... .3a + b
