...wars you get special armor? for Halo Reach and if you preorder the limited and legendary edition you get special armor besides the flaming helmet and elite permutation. also i've heard something about recon armor and if you preorder from gamestop. i know this is alot to ask but can anyone answer if this is all true?

When you preorder any edition of Halo: Reach, there is a special armor permutation that you receive. I believe its a chest piece. If you preorder the limited edition, you get a special elite armor permutation, and if you preorder the legendary edition, you get another spartan armor permutation. Also, if you buy Halo: Reach on opening day (no preorder required) you get the recon helmet. You will get the flaming helmet for aquiring a specicfic set of achievements across Halo 3, Halo 3:ODST, and Halo: Reach.

As far as Recon Goes, Gamestop says that you will get 'A' recon helmet, which probably will not be "the" recon helmet everyone talks about. Yes you can get the recon armor in ODST, its not too hard. As far as halo 3, once you get the original 1000 achievement points you get the Hiyabusa(spelling) armor, which is pretty much a bad ass ninja costume. If you get the achievements for all of the new content, you get the recon armor. Good Luck!

Lol your thinking about E.V.A for your Avatar when you reach milestone 50. To get milestone 50 you need all achievements from all Halo games.

As for the flaming helmet you get for pre-ordering or buying Legendary edition of Halo: Reach and for the Elite armour you need to get the Limited Edition.

I don't know about Recon in Reach though.
