i just got halo 3 and have a few questions?

i want to get all the achevments
and do you have to download all the maps to get certain achievments?

and how do you rank up online like unlock new armors and stuff
is it by kills like COD or what


and how does the new EXP progression system work

yes you do have to have all the maps because you can't go in to rumble pit without them. EXP is just from playing the game it's self armor and stuff come from doing kills and some of them are really hard to do it's better if you team up with someone to get them all.

all acievements don't require all the maps
and u get armor by manyyy diffrent ways
like beating campaign on expert, cetain online rank, etc/

and with the ranking system
u get 1 xp for every game u win
and each level you need takes a cerain amount of xp, PLUS highest skill
on the rank playlist, your skill level goes up the better you do. so if you win 5 games in a row u have a good chance of going up a few skill levels. The skill level and toatal xp make up each rank
like i hav around 1000xp and my highest skill is around 40, so my rank is a coronel. if i were to go up 5 more skill levels, i would be a bregaider
