i need a faster warm up routine for Halo 3.?

Im pretty good. Problem is my warm up games. Plus i need to focus more on minor details and something that would help my BR. I play MLG, so dont suggest customs with buddies cuz i already do that.

My friend told me drink coffee before you play, its good for aiming. He is also MLG and a general. I never tried it though.
