Here is a suggestion if you ever play Halo you know it is a grenade fest right? well I'm going back to when two on two was an all out war. So taking from that stick close to your team mate if you play with other people or your new wanted friend and shoot what your teammate shoots easy, quick kills watch out for stickies and when you get stuck run away from your teammate to try not getting a twofer for the other team, same applies for your teammate if he is stuck you run the opposite way.
