i need help with a halo 3 machinima?

ive been wanting to make one for a long time but i dont know how.please give me a way that will only cost at max $100.give me every deatail(voice,music,video clips,ect.).thank you.

you download microsoft sam....(wait this is like digital ph33r's video's on youtube right?) then you get two action figures....you get some string or otherwise perfect the camera angles to make sure that your hands are out of the video...make the video w/ story, then you simply use windows video editor and use the audio from the microsoft sam...otherwise just use the theater mode if you wanted to make video's from the gameplay....and you can use microsoft sam with this too, and you need the xbox to pc media sharer thing too.
