Halo 3 HELP!!!

Ok so I have a Xbox elite and a sony Bravia 46" wide screen the problem is I play 1080p and I can see pixels on the game like and i want it to be smoother like 1080p should be and I need some help please post

perhaps whipping your pixels will make them stay closer together thus giving it a smoother look? problem solved!
