Well, download all the ones off the market place, then send a chat invite to "MLG Gametypes" and get all the ones off that file share. for bungie made maps you can get them off the website or just save the map after you play it in matchmaking, like Boundless and Pitstop.

its really simple mate. there is not 1 single map pack for them all theres the legendary and so on, but all you need to do is go to your local game store and buy a couple of thousand microsoft points and go on xbox live market place and buy all the map packs. now i know that near me it is around £18 for 1800 micro points with that you should be able to buy all the packs but check how much they are first just incase. hope that helps and sorry for them not all being in one pack.
