I pre-ordered Halo wars from GAME (uk), but i have not recieved my flaming warthog...

...with the game? I preordered it a day before it game out, especially to get the flaming warthog, but when it arrived, there was no code for anything.

P.S. i bought the LE, so where are the codes for the other stuff?
