I REALLY need help with a people to play Team Slayer with. [Pretty, plzzzz, Halo 3!]?

Ok, I WAS a level 24 in Team Slayer but lately I've been put in with alot of random BK's and even in BR games opt for the AR. I've asked about everywhere for a team and even though I get the "Yeah, I'm down" response a good few times nothing comes together. I'm sick of being told yes and nothing happening. I'm a decent player, I'm not saying I'm great but lately I've hit a couple of rampages on my other account and I near enough always hit a Positive K/D spread. I'm currently Captain Grade 2 with around 280 exp, I really want my Major at Lvl. 30. Which is what I'm playing to get in Team Slayer. I'm a 23 in LW last time I checked but far too many people kill steal and AR+beatdown. (ugh)...

When I say "opt for the AR" I mean the randoms opt for the AR. I'm a straight BR player. My bad on the badly put title, I rushed it.

well your wondering, why in the world would i want you, listen i had halo3 for about half a year. My Friends are even impressed at the game.
